有点夸张了。1500左右租一个还不错的卧室是完全可以的，买房去东湾50到80万比较挺多选择的

全世界房价都一样基本上只有前25%收入的人能买得起房子。湾区边上隔了一条河的那个什么区房价就低很多

没4千多。我儿子上个月刚搬去旧金山，租了个一房一厅有车库一个月$2750包垃圾跟水，每天乘公司的巴士去硅谷上班（偶尔一两次自己开车）但往返要3小时，他说往郊外搬房租还会便宜些

看到闲置长草，还能见到最高最大的杂草，就知道这个新闻是编的，在美国，院子不修剪，政府会派人来帮你剪，然后寄账单给你，6年前据我亲戚说，帮你修剪一次院子的账单是6000刀
